14-Day Raw Vegan Challenge

Are you ready to reset your health?

           Have you been feeling lethargic, bloated, or sick and tired of being sick and tired? Then this 14-day raw vegan challenge might be perfect for you. 

           This 14-day cleanse is the best way to reset your palate and to fast from all of the junk foods that you're constantly craving. This challenge will force you to stuff your face with fruits, veggies, nut, seeds, and tons of water; simply because you’ll be hungry and won't have a lot of other options lol. Before you jump in, I must warn you that this challenge can be difficult if you aren't mentally and physically prepared. Although this challenge can be hard for some, it is 100% worth it! Below I have provided you with the guidelines to properly execute the challenge and some tips on how to mentally and physically prepare for it.

Guidelines

  • Eat plenty of raw fruits, veggies, nuts, and seeds
  • Drink up to a gallon of water each day
  • Rehydrate dried fruits, nuts, and seeds by soaking them
  • Avoid
    • Animal foods (meat , dairy, eggs, butter, etc.)
    • Processed sugars
    • Alcohol

Tips

  • Drink tea, or warm water with lemon to warm yourself up during the fall/winter months
    • Incorporate teas that kill parasites for added benefits
      • Clove, matcha, peppermint, fennel seed, etc.
  • Drink a gallon of water each day. (Distilled or unsweetened coconut)
    • This will help rehydrate your body and to keep you full
  • Focus on what you can eat
    • Be creative, look for more options and they will appear
  • Buy more produce then you think you will need
    • You are going to be hungry since all of these foods are low-calorie foods; so you want to have a lot of fruit and nuts on hand to combat the food cravings
  • Find recipes online that you want to try!
  • Avoid GMO foods when possible
  • Take it one day at a time! Be gentle with yourself throughout this journey
  • Get plenty of rest
